Workload Management

The Workload Management service provides an MIS manager with the information required to assist in making specific hardware purchase decisions based on future work load changes. This service analyzes average response times for interactive users and predicts how response times will change if the Client adds users or changes the hardware configuration. A brief summary report will be provided that will contain the results of the capacity configuration study.

This service uses capacity management tools and processes to effectively diagnose trends of demands on the IT infrastructure and mange the associated performance impacts.
