It involves a detailed analysis of capacity of disparate IT assets and infrastructure. Based on the current business needs, an optimal IT infrastructure is recommended, highlighting opportunities for cost savings, efficiency and service assurance. This service evaluates the Client's logistics, physical location, and operational costs for the maximum efficiency of running an I.S. operation.

We'll create a blueprint for the new infrastructure that includes the configuration and facilities needed for maximum quality and efficiency.

We create multiple scenarios, analysing each as if they were operating at different levels of performance. We also create consolidation plans across multiple platforms

The overall intent of this service is to deliver to the Client a set of Findings and Recommendations pertinent to the state of their current Operational Infrastructure, and their intentions and requirements for the future.
